Section 15
Disposition versions
15. The board of directors shall appoint the member or members of the council of arbitration from among the members of the Order and, if the council is composed of 3 arbitrators, shall designate the chair and the secretary thereof. Where there is only one member, he shall act as chair and secretary at the same time.
The directors of the board of directors and the secretary of the Order may not act as arbitrators on a council of arbitration.
